Our Hays Melbourne CBD office is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, front-facing role commencing immediately and onsite 5 days a week.
This role focuses on all customers being greeted in a professional and courteous manner that supports the Hays brand - face to face, over the telephone and via email. Also providing administrative support to operations as required.
Responding to a high volume of emails, phone enquiries and reception enquiries
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member
Welcome all customers at reception in a professional and courteous manner and advise Hays employees of visitors' arrival in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to the customer support team as required such as printing, photocopying and binding
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area including the boardroom, interview rooms and the kitchenette
What you'll need to succeed
Must have previous experience in a similar role
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Excellent time management, strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Effective communication and questioning skills
Demonstrates professionalism, polished personal presentation and warm personality
Pro-active and willing to help wherever possible
Team oriented
