Procurement Coordinator

Our client is a long running Australian owned transport business based in Brisbane's southside. They're seeking an up and coming procurement professional to join the team on a permanent basis.

Main Purpose of the Role:

Coordinate procurement and supply chain for all production activities in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
Control inventory efficiency by ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
Key Responsibilities


Develop trust and maintain relationships with all suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Communicate procurement lead times to stakeholders.
Ensure all materials, components, and parts are available at the start of the production cycle.
Maintain appropriate physical inventory to prevent material shortages and production bottlenecks.
Manage ERP system processes for procurement and inventory management.
