The Role: Reporting into the CFO, you'll lead a team of 5 to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all payroll functions. As a key part of a growing business, you'll be encouraged to effectively improve/streamline processes, liaise with senior stakeholders, and support the team with a hands-on approach. Your day-to-day will include (but not limited to) managing all aspects of the function, including uploading payroll information into accounting software, processing, compliance and identifying problems and suggesting positive actions.
