Due to consistently increasing their market presence and growth, our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their dedicated, collaborative team. Your new role
Processing and scheduling of all accounts and payments in compliance with payment terms and due dates.
Ensure that all booking policies & conditions are followed, including, but not limited to, deposit & cancellation policies when processing refunds.
Liaise and build relationships with suppliers and third-party providers of the Company.
Set up credit applications for suppliers as required.
Check monthly statements against invoices received to ensure all accounts are up-to-date.
Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Company.
Ensure credit notes are processed accurately.
End of month reporting of accounts. What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
Ability to build positive relationships in the workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and enjoys a challenge
