Exciting opportunity to expand your skillset for our Exploration camps for our Pilbara client. Located approx. 1 hour from Newman. What the job entails:
Cooking meals/crib for 120 pax camp, expanding to 200 pax in next 6 months
Position will be situated at our exploration camp at Robinson's Retreat
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dining room, washing dishes
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of stores, fridges, freezers
Planning daily menus, based off basic guidelines, but ultimately encouraging chef's own creativity
No nightshift, but early starts for breakfast, split shifts. Everyone's in bed by 8pm!!
Successful candidates will be provided with all necessary training in kitchen systems and safety. What you need for the role:
Valid C class drivers licence
National Police Clearance dated in the last 6mths
Ability to pass pre employment medical, drug and alcohol
