As a dedicated Mental Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality counselling and support to young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting individual counselling sessions and facilitating evidence-based group programs
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing safety plans
- Collaborating with other support services to ensure comprehensive client care
- Participating in clinical case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance service delivery

About you
You are a compassionate and skilled professional with a strong commitment to supporting young people through their mental health journey. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with young clients and their families.
You possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant tertiary qualification/s
- Advanced knowledge of common mental health issues and evidence-based treatments, coupled with experience in individual counselling therapy
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage complex situations
