The role will include the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Negotiation of corporate contracts and experience with MICE;
- Relationship building with key clients and developing new clients;
- Implement quality initiatives which add value to the business and maintain a position of leadership within the team;
- Ensure the greatest possible exposure of the hotel and its facilities to all potential and existing markets;
- Increase business from existing channels while creating new business development opportunities;
- Aid in the preparation of proposals and tenders to support the needs of the business;
- Implement quality initiatives which add value to the business and maintain a position of leadership within the team and
- Understand sales strategy and implement account tactics to achieve these strategies.
