Requirements
Previous team leader or supervisory experience within a fast paced, volume driven outlet is essential
Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
Experience in mobilising the workforce, training and/or developing team members
Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements
Ability to drive change and implement upselling/promotional programs
Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues; a team player
