Required Qualification - Tertiary qualifications in Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline (Mine Geomechanics, Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology)
Work Experience - Experience in a Geotechnical Engineering open cut environment (3 years)- Experience at coal mine projects highly regarded
Skills & Knowledge
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
effective customer facing skills and proven ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
Knowledge of the mine planning software currently implemented within Thiess.
