Tertiary qualifications in Science or equivalent qualification; or equivalent experience.
At least 1-2 year?s Food laboratory experience; experience in a commercial laboratory will be an advantage.
Experience in using different equipment/instrumental and sample preparation techniques.
Technical knowledge in the relevant scientific discipline.
Good knowledge of standard office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
