Who are you?
1. You have at least 2 years experience in marketing.
2. You have experienced working in NDIS or related sector.
3. You can work as part of a team to expand our brand across the NSID sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use insights to shape marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
• Produce compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, advertisements, and online channels. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimise strategies.
• Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website, social media profiles, and other digital assets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media contacts. Coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
• Undertake market research on the sector and provide feedback to management team.
• Review competitors and understand customer needs in the industry and provide recommendation to senior management on marketing strategies.
• Constantly review our service pricing and distraction of services and provide feedback to operations team and management about how to position our brand in the market.
Salary
The salary range for the position is $73,500 to $90,000 plus superannuation. Salary dependent on experience.
