About the Role:
WorkPac are currently a seeking a Ballast Cleaning Track Supervisor to join the Rio Tinto team in the rail division based in Dampier. The purpose of the role is to provide leadership and direction to the team executing tasks in the stream of Ballast cleaning and assist with governance to achieve outcomes safely and productively. The successful candidate will work on a 12/9 roster, FIFO from Perth to Dampier.
