THE ROLE
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to our Kalgoorlie team. This full time basis this position works Monday to Friday and is responsible for:
Reception, office duties and general administration
Booking medicals, flights, travel and accommodation
Allocating assets and jobs within our bespoke planning system
Processing site entry requirements, access and journey management plans
