Primary Purpose of the Role:
As an Assistant Venue Manager at The Well Tavern, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, managing, and providing leadership to ensure compliance with processes and procedures. You will support the Venue Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance the customer experience in line with TMGs objectives.
