The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the P&C Director and managing a small team of HR specialists, you will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Working as part of the Executive HR Team you will manage the people data analytics supporting the broader HR priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the onboarding and offboarding experience is positive and smooth.
Coordinate the accurate and timely reporting of key people analytics.
Manage the delivery of annual processes such as the employee engagement survey, mandatory training and audit reviews.
