We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inclusion and Diversity Partner to join our team at an exciting time in our DEI Journey. In this role, you will lead our efforts to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture where all our people feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. You will collaborate closely with leadership, People & Culture, and our I&D Action Group to implement strategies that promote diversity, equity and inclusion through the organisation.
Your responsibilities include:
Operationalisation of the I&D 3-year roadmap, working closely with various stakeholders to bring our Respect Culture to life and embed across the organisation.
Leading the delivery of ongoing I&D activities.
Annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and Champions of Change Coalition (CCC) reporting.
Maintaining and analysing metrics to measure the effectiveness of I&D initiatives, regularly assessing progress and making data-driven recommendations.
