About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide service excellence and support across our range of mineral processing and weighing equipment. These roles play an integral part of the service delivery team to ensure all installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement work is performed to the highest standards.
Undertake a range of duties relating to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement of Sandvik Rock Processing Australia equipment on customer sites.
Undertake inspections and testing, equipment fitness checks, problem identification and solution, root cause analyses on customer equipment and provides this information to the Engineering team as required.
