Employing over 250 hairdressers and providing services in excess of 5000 Clients a week. Your role
You will be working on the floor as a Senior Hairdresser whilst assisting with the running of the salon and a small team
Duties
Working on the floor, providing a full range of hair services to clients
Ensuring professional standards are met in the running and presentation of the salon.
Meeting financial targets.
Ensuring a positive client experience.
Stock control
May assist with promotional and marketing activities.
Maintaining salon records.
Ensuring that the workplace is tidy, clean, and safe.
Skills
A fully qualified hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Previous experience in assisting with the running of a salon and supervising a small team.
Previous experience of training apprentices
Computer literate with capability in email and MS Office
Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
$70,000 - $75,000 plus super
