To be considered for the below roles, you must have a minimum 3 years’ experience.

Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to lead our kitchen staff and oversee the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of a wide range of dishes. Candidates should have significant experience in menu development, kitchen management, and culinary execution, with a strong ability to lead a team under pressure while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Chef De Partie
Join our team as a Chef De Partie, responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen—be it sauces, pastries, or butchery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in their specialty, the ability to oversee junior kitchen staff, and the skill to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Cook
We are hiring a Cook to prepare daily meals and support our kitchen operations. Applicants should have experience in prepping ingredients, executing dishes according to recipes, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. A passion for cooking and a commitment to food safety are essential.
Restaurant Manager
Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, overseeing inventory and procurement, and maintaining compliance with health and safety restaurant regulations. Strong leadership skills and previous managerial experience in a hospitality setting are required.
Pastry Chef
Our kitchen needs a creative Pastry Chef to develop and execute dessert and pastry offerings. The role requires proficiency in various baking techniques, an understanding of flavor pairings, and the ability to manage inventory of baking supplies.
