Position Overview:
The Community Facilities Coordinator will oversee the safe and efficient operation of all community facilities, including Lake Leschenaultia and Mundaring Arena. The successful candidate will ensure these facilities meet service levels, operate within budget, and provide a high level of customer service. The role involves planning and implementing maintenance, developing key partnerships, managing major projects, and continually improving business processes.

Ensure all community facilities, Lake Leschenaultia, and Mundaring Arena operate safely.
Maintain operations at service levels defined in the Corporate Business Plan and within budget.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Negotiate, develop, and encourage key partnerships with the community and businesses to increase the use of Shire community facilities.
List capital requests for community facilities for consideration in the Shires budget deliberations.
