Brickworks is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Fyshwick Design Centre. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Brickworks, providing exceptional service across multiple channels, face-to-face at our Design Centre, via phone, and email. Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Customer Interaction: Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers. Sales Support: Handle sales enquiries, coordinate client appointments for colour selection, and process orders, credits, and returns. Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our diverse range of building products. Workplace Excellence: Keep work areas, displays, and the office neat and presentable. Logistics: Operate the forklift to manage stock, with training available for the right candidate. Inventory Management: Ensure brick samples are regularly re-stocked. What Were Looking For: Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
