PNOY HOME BUILDERS PTY LTD We are a growing home builder company looking for an on-site Architectural Draftsperson with experience in designing and drafting innovative and sustainable residential properties. The Architectural Draftsperson will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential projects. This role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers and the entire construction team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent technical skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines. Benefits Salary: $73,150 to $80,000 plus Super depending on experience Task & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities for the role Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans and blueprints for residential projects using CAD software Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings in compliance with building codes and regulations Assist in the design development process by producing conceptual drawings and layouts Work closely with the construction team to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers to incorporate necessary specifications into designs Participate in project meetings to discuss cost calculations and estimated target dates Ensure all drawings and plans are in compliance with local building codes, zoning laws and company standards Qualification & Experience Skills & experience Proven experience as a building drafter or designer Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Essential Criteria: Relevant diploma, advanced diploma or higher qualification Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Demonstrated skills in technical documentation Able to work unsupervised Ability to work under pressure Job Type: Full-time Salary: $73150-80000 Job Publish: 28-06-2024 Job Expire: 28-07-2024 Please click to View more detail / apply .
