Finlay’s Kalbarri is an open-air restaurant located in the heart of Kalbarri, Western Australia. It’s a beachside town that is loved by locals and tourists alike because of the incredible scenery and abundance of nearby land and water activities. Our restaurant is located off-the-beaten track, a couple blocks away from the beach. We serve meals using fresh ingredients including local seafood, beers from our in-house craft brewery and our quirky atmosphere where we enjoy live music every Sunday afternoon

We are currently looking for a full-time chef with Minium 3 years of experience to join our friendly team at Finlay’s Kalbarri. The annual salary will be $80,000 per annum. The right candidate will be performing but not limited to the following duties.

• Develop restaurant menus aligned with market trends.
• Manage food pricing and kitchen expenses effectively.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in food presentation and decoration.
• Stay informed about current trends in the food and hospitality industry to update menus as needed.
• Introduce fresh recipes and dishes periodically to keep customers engaged.
