As the Senior Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, from concept to commercialization. Your extensive experience in industrial design will be invaluable as you mentor junior team members and collaborate with Product Managers to translate briefs into innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bring innovation and creative flair to the design process to create products that solve consumer problems.
- Generate all of the substantive documentation required for vendors to develop.
- Temper creativity with a commercial lens to ensure that products are right priced and commercially viable.
- Actively research the marketplace, competitors, trade events and other sources for trends and concepts that will inform new product and brand extension.
- Practice clear a clear and concise communication style across all parts of the business.
- Use a range of tools that could include (but are not limited too) sketching, CAD Modelling, 3D Modelling, 3D Prototyping, pattern making and photorealistic rendering to help drive the sample development process.
- Lead multiple projects, deliver creative deliverables in a timely manner, and prioritise different tasks in a fast-paced environment.
