UBS is seeking an experienced Claims and Administration Manager to join our team in Carrum Downs. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction for the Claims and Administration team. Leading and supporting a small but dedicated team, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while overseeing the workflow functions during the pre-repair phases of claims and administration. Your responsibilities will encompass reception, claims triage and bookings, building assessment coordination, and overall customer service. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
