About the Opportunity:
St Vincent's Care Services Hawthorn (formally and locally known as Mary Mackillop Aged Care) is a 91 bed facility located in Hawthorn East, just 7km from Melbourne's city centre with the added convenience of Camberwell Junction right around the corner.
As the Facility Manager you?ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the St Vincent?s Care Services Hawthorn facility. Your role will include maintaining exceptional performance standards, leading your team to success and ensuring every resident feels welcomed, engaged and supported. Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, you will also have the support of centralised centres of excellence as part of a national, progressive healthcare organisation.
