Mater Human Resource are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join the team. Reporting to the Principal Employee Relations Consultant, this permanent, full-time role will be based at our Newstead offices.
Salary range: $57.87 - $61.99 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
You will provide specialist advice on employment relations matters as directed by the Principal Employee Relations Consultant. You will achieve this by:
