They are specialised wholesalers, and their focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to all their distributors. Your new role As a sales and customer service representative, your day-to-day tasks will include handling all incoming calls and email enquires on sales and provide order confirmation and pricing enquires to distributors. You will play a vital role in providing technical support to distributors. You will have proven experience in working in collaboration with other sales team & Sales Director and maintain high professionalism. What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 1 year sales and customer service experience.
Good computer skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well presented, friendly and efficient.
Must have a car
Takes ownership and accountability
