Our Company is seeking fully qualified Boners, Slicers & Slaughter persons that are at the Level 4 ANZCO standard. All positions are based at Grantham located between Gatton and Toowoomba in Queensland and full time permanent roles.
Duties include:
Trim/Cut meat from bones/sides/carcases, humanely slaughter livestock in a Abattoir
Cutting sides/quarters of beef into primal cuts sizes (Rumps, Flanks, Loins)
Removing internal fate blood clots/bruises to prepare for packing and despatch
Cutting Beef to separate meat / fat tissues from around bones
