About the position:
We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead our dedicated team at our vibrant. Restaurant located in 279 La Trobe Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, our Hot Pot Store.The ideal candidate will be passionate about your job, you will be responsible for a large team of service staff, the preparation and delivery of exceptional customer service, team leadership and mentoring, reporting to directors, maintaining guest information, product development with directors, and you ensure our clients leave having an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and mentor a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
-Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
-Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
-Planning and organizing special functions or promotional activities.
Skills required:
- Relevant qualifications or at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Have effective communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situation.
-Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
-Understanding of management and reporting practices.
Remuneration:
-$75,000

-working 38h hours per week.
