Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller and Senior Treasury Analyst, and partnering closely with the Financial Accountant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
End to end Accounts Payable process which included supplier invoice recording and processing of payments (including Payroll Tax, Employee Claims, Capital Expenditures) for review and approval
Be heavily involved with the implementation of procure-to-pay to automate Accounts Payable
Assist in the month end general ledger reconciliations (accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations)
Complete monthly bank reconciliations in relation to the company and its managed assets
Assist in the preparation of the monthly cash flow workings for cash flow statement reporting
Verify, process, and pay employee expenses claims and corporate credit cards
Assist with the preparation of half year financial statements as required
