Job Description
Responsibilities include (but not limited to);
Collaborate with Product Owners to understand and manage demand, business objectives, and priorities
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, managing tasks during sprints
Design, deploy, and integrate IP communication systems, ensuring quality assurance and smooth handover to the operational team
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IP communication systems, performing regular updates and security measures
Configure and manage network devices, implement QoS policies, and conduct network performance analysis
Ensure security compliance, conduct audits and vulnerability assessments, and provide technical assurance for project teams
Create and maintain documentation and reports on system performance, collaborating with IT teams to align with organisational goals
