We are seeking a Veteran Centre Service Navigator to join us at our new Wyong Veteran Wellbeing Centre. You will be the first point of contact for the centre and provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families.
You will also:
Be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
Be the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation, you will demonstrate your expertise in client service and administration by managing incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and efficiency.
