This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who has a strong revenue focussed background. You will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts whilst establishing new business and implementing strategies to maximise revenue across a variety of markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Maximization: Analyze statistics, identify trends, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets. Implement best practices in revenue and yield management.
- Business Development: Manage top corporate, wholesale, and inbound accounts. Develop new business from non-national accounts and ensure optimal presentation across all distribution channels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular business analyses, prepare forecasts, and track performance against budget and forecasts. Provide statistical support and develop standard and ad hoc reports.
- Selling & Merchandising: Manage channel availability and rates, ensure parity across distribution channels, and support reservations and events through effective up-selling and negotiating techniques.
