The role

We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison Executive to join us in Sydney. The Client Liaison Executive will build and maintain relationships with Ultimate Performance clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey with us, and helping to ensure positive client retention rates are maintained while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct sales consultations for personal training services with a strong conversion rate.
  • Building rapport and strong professional relationships with clients, actioning any potential referral or business development opportunities.
  • Handling incoming personal training enquiries, dealing with client bookings, and personal trainer consultations.
  • Monitoring client attendance to ensure session numbers are maximised where possible and reaching out to clients with poor attendance.
  • Responding to and handling any incoming client complaints alongside the Gym Manager.
  • Organising renewals of client memberships.
  • Logging relevant in-gym sales via the CRM system.
  • Liaising with clients and the client support team for payments, renewals and general enquiries.
  • Assisting in organising reallocations of clients or cover when the assigned Trainer is on leave.
  • Ensuring automated data reports on client enrolment, retention, and referrals continue and are maintained to be accurate.
  • Performing to KPIs as set out and provided by the Gym Manager. This is based on client session rates, client retention rates, client value, client satisfaction, and sales targets.
  • Front desk reception duties.

Our ideal candidate will have the following experiences and qualities:

  • Evidence of continued professional development, preferably within a customer-focused capacity.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Able to analyze numerical information reports.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of dealing with stakeholders and keeping them informed.
  • Able to sell successfully both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a proven ability to go above and beyond.
    • Competitive Salary: $55k to $65k annually, with a 15% bonus available based on performance.
