Working as a key member of our Precinct Talent & Culture Team, the Talent & Culture Coordinator will assist in the management of the employee lifecycle and T&C functions, ensuring activities and initiatives meet the operational needs of the Precinct whilst falling within the guidelines of T&C strategy and policy framework.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Assisting with coordinating employee engagement activities
- Supporting HOD's in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent.
- Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
- Collaborate with T&C in managing workers compensation claims
- Ensure that the HR systems have accurate & timely data
- Assist and coordinate HR projects, initiatives and events
- Coordinate the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of HR administration processes
- Assist with the employee on-boarding & off-boarding process
