The Job Coach’s role is to guide our clients towards job- readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. As one of our Job Coaches, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.
On a typical day as a Job Coach you might be:
- Working directly with clients to encourage and motivate them through appropriate activities to find employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Job Matching clients to employers to help promote their strengths and abilities;
- Assist in finding that right job that leads to long term employment for our clients;
- Ensuring all activities are appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to contractual requirements;
- Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.
You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.
