This role will see you reporting to the Head of Culture and Leadership as part of a close-knit project team. Day to day you will be responsible for supporting programs relating to Culture Change, Learning and Development and Engagement. In particular, this role is responsible for analysing HR metrics and producing insights and recommendations across various programs.
