To provide efficient, high-level business, program and administrative support to the Coordinator Youth Engagement & Pathway and broader Youth Engagement & Pathway Unit.
What you?ll be doing:
Provide direct administrative support and assistance to the Youth Coordinator
Support the Coordinator Youth Engagement & Pathways to deliver strategic projects, reports, discussion papers and plans.
Support the Youth Services Team to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day administration and operational processes including general correspondence, meeting minutes, purchasing, invoicing, and document management.
Organise the provision of information and resources to the community, service providers and schools on activities and programs delivered by Youth Services.
