The ANZ Procurement and Supply Chain Manager role with our client will be instrumental in prioritising a leading QSR brand's market and category requirements, leading the development of market approach strategies for locally managed priority categories. They will oversee product distribution to all Franchisees and manage commercialisation projects.
Overall, the role is pivotal in ensuring a leading QSR brand's supply chain in the ANZ region operates efficiently, supports business growth, and meets the needs of Franchisees through effective procurement, category management, and supply chain strategies.
Starting from August 2024, this role includes overseeing 4 direct reports and 2 indirect reports, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing for up to 3 days per week in the office.
Candidates should possess a relevant qualification and/or proven work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role, encompassing food and non-food category management within QSR or FMCG brands.

- Working with QSR or FMCG brands
- Leadership and team management
- Current supply chain and procurement best practice methodologies
- Contract negotiation and management
- Working with source to contract tools
- Displaying strong communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for distribution, commercialisation, and locally managed categories within the supply chain.
- Ensure the successful execution of plans for prioritised local categories, while supporting regional and global category plans specific to the ANZ area.
- Lead the implementation of department strategy and change management
- Take charge of leading a team of procurement and supply chain professionals, emphasising collaboration and continuous improvement in their development.
- Supervise the end-to-end sourcing, negotiation and contracting process for good and services
- Build a plan and prioritise the projects that need to be completed by the team
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the c-suite at key local suppliers and support strategic partnerships developed by Strategic Sourcing team, ensure that the team monitor supplier performance and attend performance reviews as necessary
