The Cobram Plant specialises in processing sheep and goats and has the ability to handle over 4,000 head per day, operating five days per week. Growing to employ over 350 employees, the Cobram Plant offers excellent career opportunities across many aspects of meat processing.
An exciting opportunity for a skilled full time Mechanical Engineering Technician currently exists for our Cobram plant. This is a full time position with the potential to earn $73,150 - $90,000 per annum.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Associate's degree in mechanical engineering technology (MIT), or similar.
A minimum of two years of experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs
About you:
This role will see you completing hands-on activities to fabricate, assemble, erect, test, maintain and/or repair equipment and components in line with industry best practices, company standards, policies, and procedures.
