The Position
An exceptional opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to support high-profile Founders of financial services firm based in Bayside, Melbourne.
The objective of this role is to effectively support the Founders by providing high level of secretarial support with utmost accuracy and attention to detail, displaying unquestionable sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
This position is an integral role in the organisation and requires an organised and skilled Executive Assistant who can provide a high level of coordination and confidentiality.
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
Providing high level support to Founders in the form of managing diary appointments, scheduling and arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international).
Managing all correspondence for the Founders including email management and filtering calls.
Event management and support.
