About the role
Thiess is seeking Mining Engineers for our NSW Sites, Muswellbrook Coal Mine Rehabilitation Project, Mt Arthur South and Mt Thorley Workshop. Monday to Friday roster based at various locations.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Produce Short/Medium Term schedules and optimise Short/Medium Term mining plans.
Develop rolling weekly excavator plans and schedules for the mining operation.
Provide and implement designs, including pit and dump design, dozer push, rehabilitation and water management designs.
