You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions, who is known within the business for their supportive management style and for facilitating multiple career advancement opportunities for the team.
Your main duties will include:
Answering inbound calls
Assisting with customer enquiries and handling complaints
Converting customer enquiries to bookings
Up-selling company products whilst earning commission
Liaising with other departments in regards to availability
Addressing customers concerns and providing helpful solutions
