Location –Cairns, QLD-4870
Job Type-Full Time
Salary – $60k to $80k plus superannuation
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Land prep, planting, and crop husbandry
· Maintaining irrigation facilities
· Pruning
· Harvesting,
· Sorting,
· Packing (and dehanding)
· spraying (including diaries and safety records) and
· maintaining crops
Attributes and qualities that will get you an interview:
· You will need to be physically fit, reliable, willing to learn and able to work in hot and humid conditions.
· You will also need to have your own transport and accommodation.
· You have a good standard of education, and preferably offer a Certificate I in a relevant field.
· You are happy to use and drive farm equipment.
· Comfortable working inside and out as weather and needs arises.
· Solid references
