Are you an experienced NICU Nurse seeking a rewarding career in a leading health care facility? Talent Quarter are proud to be assisting our client in recruiting passionate Neonatal Nurses to join their team on a permanent full time basis. This role is located in the ACT offering you fantastic benefits and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of neonates and their families.
Where you will be working? You will be joining the NICU Department under the guidance of an expert leadership team. The unit is a level 5-6 neonatal unit serving the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. The NICU and SCN features 21 beds and 19 cots and cares for approx 700 neonates annually. The team is dedicated to personalised, family-integrated care within a technologically advanced environment. Comprehensive services includes: Intensive Care, Special Care, the ACT NETS retrieval service, Newborn and Parent Support Service, and the NICU Growth and Development Clinic.

What You Will Need

Full AHPRA Registration
At least 2 years specialising in NICU, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian Permanent Residency is preferred, though sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing compassionate, family-centred care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional neonatal care.
