Position: Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor a team of dedicated educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement innovative educational programs that align with the centre's philosophy and goals.
Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting engagement and communication.
Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Extensive experience in early childhood education and management.
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of early childhood regulations and best practices.
Ability to relocate to Norfolk Island and integrate into the local community.
Position: Assistant Centre Manager
Responsibilities:
Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.
Provide guidance and support to educators, promoting professional growth.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience in early childhood education, with some leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and community-focused setting.
Willingness to relocate to Norfolk Island and become an active community member.
Benefits:
Salary up to $120,000 p.a.
Relocation assistance offered by the management committee to help you settle into island life-support will be offered by helping find a vehicle and accommodation. Accommodation usually comes fully furnished on the island to mitigate the stresses that usually come with relocating.
