About the role
Due to an internal promotion, our Wetherill Park branch are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
Join a high-performing team at our Steel Centre in Wetherill Park as an Account Manager where you will have the opportunity to build on our well-established customer base. The role is responsible for selling core and innovative products to our Fabricators, Manufacturers, Resellers & Trade customers.
Other responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining key customer relationships
Generate new opportunities and convert leads to new customers
Follow up on customer quotations and ensure revenue targets are met
Provide accurate forecasting to internal team to ensure orders requirements are met
Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer service excellence
