The Customer Service Data Specialist is responsible for

Core Responsibilities: (list in order of critical deliverables)

• Analysing customer’s after-sales feedback to increase the service level of the team and improve customer satisfaction
• Generate and analyse monthly reports on service levels and customer feedback to ensure target customer satisfaction is met. Use data to modify existing processes or implement new processes to maintain or increase services provided.
• Work with our Sales Team on a monthly basis to identify and forecast customer demands.
• Create user-guides for the customer service team
• Train new team members and upskill existing team with the aim of improving customer service and overall efficiency
• Utilise SAP to maintain all records
• Efficiently manage orders by maintaining regular communication with customers while coordinating closely with the Warehouse Team to oversee order movements.
• Providing a customer service lens to SAP system upgrade projects
• Working with the team to ensure customer details and selling prices are accurate in the SAP system to eliminate foreseeable service issues. This includes ensuring the Customer masterdata and Delivery data is complete.
• Liaise with the Finance team and our Warehouses to understand and streamline potential road blocks in the sales process (including credit hold issues, cash sales, container availability, released orders, Pick confirmation, delivery dockets, NCRs) to promote customer satisfaction
• Reviewing after sales services, including following up and updating on inbound shipments to customers (Indent sales), checking back orders, advising customers of delays and negotiating alternative delivery dates.
• Assist other members of the Supply Chain team when required.

Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
• 2 or more years’ experience in a customer service environment
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP is required
• Experience with analysing and intepretating customer service data
• Extensive business to business customer service experience
• Intermediate Word and Excel user
• Excellent communication skills and proactive customer engagement
• Ability to work in a sometimesambiguous environment and
• Autonomous worker

Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
Strong interpersonal skill, a team player who enjoys working with people at all levels.
Ability to adapt to unfamilar circumstances with ease. Experience within a fast paced, high volume environment. Can work independently or with minimal supervision
Good level of understanding of MS Office programs and good command ofEnglish.
