The Role
The Chief People & Culture Officer is a key Executive role that drives the organisations workforce strategy. This role ensures alignment with SCCs Mission, Values and Strategic Objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and engagement.  This role oversees key functions such as talent acquisition, organisational development and employee engagement, implementing industry-leading practices to enhance workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.
